Returns and complaints
Each item purchased in our shop can be complained with appropriate time limits and conditions for making claims if it has defects giving evidence of non-conformity with the sales contract.
Complaints can be submitted by post through filling a form „Complaint” and returning defective items along with the form returns and complaints, complaints mentioned above via post mail to the address provided below:

No C.O.D. returns.
We will repair or replace damaged items, and if that is not possible – we will return your money with a bank transfer.
